Junior / Junior+ UI/UX Designer

от 4 000 000 до 7 000 000 so'm We are Bito ERP (bito.uz), building a modern ERP system for businesses, including Sales, Finance, Inventory, CRM, POS, and other core modules.
We are looking for a Junior or Junior+ UI/UX Designer who wants to grow in product design, work on real business systems, and learn how to design clear and usable interfaces for complex workflows.
Responsibilities:
Design web and mobile interfaces for ERP modules
Create user flows, wireframes, and UI designs in Figma
Help simplify complex business processes into understandable screens
Work closely with developers and product managers
Follow and extend an existing design system
Ensure consistency across different modules of the system
Participate in usability discussions and product improvements
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UI/UX design experience or a strong junior-level portfolio
Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
Practical experience with Figma
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design basics
Ability to accept feedback and improve designs iteratively
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
English reading skills for documentation are a plus
Nice to Have:
Experience with SaaS, ERP, CRM, or dashboard-style products
Basic knowledge of UX writing and onboarding flows
Experience designing forms, tables, and data-heavy interfaces
