Ищем Project Manager для полного цикла доставки проектов — от запросов до релиза. Роль требует тесной работы с инженерами, управления спринтами и проактивного улучшения процессов.

Задачи:

• Gather and manage incoming tasks from product, tech leadership, and stakeholders
• Translate ideas into clear, structured, and actionable requirements
• Eliminate ambiguities before development starts
• Plan sprints and manage team workload
• Oversee tasks across the full lifecycle: from kickoff to release
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Identify risks and bottlenecks proactively
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams
• Conduct one-to-one meetings with team members
• Maintain a healthy team environment and track team well-being
• Continuously improve development and delivery processes

Требования:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager in IT
• Proven experience managing delivery in product or startup environments
• Strong understanding of development processes (backend, frontend, APIs, integrations)
• Ability to break down tasks into 'ready for development' state
• Experience working with sprints (Scrum / Kanban, pragmatic approach)
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on approach — comfortable working closely with the team
• Experience conducting one-to-ones and supporting team performance
• High level of ownership and accountability
