The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also demonstrates loyalty, commitment, and long-term dedication to the team and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications
2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
4. Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
5. Ensure software reliability, security, and scalability
6. Support and maintain existing systems as needed
7. Strong proficiency in Python
8. Experience with frameworks such as Django
9. Knowledge of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems (Git)
10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
