We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support our marketing communications with clear, compelling visuals that improve engagement and conversion across web, social media, and print.

What you’ll do

• Design web and graphic assets for marketing, including landing pages and website visuals.

• Develop design concepts from early wireframes to final, polished visuals.

• Create visuals for social media (LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and key campaign assets.

• Design banners, presentations, one-pagers, and other brand materials.

• Produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, and event collateral.

• Work closely with marketing to ensure design supports performance and conversion goals.

• Apply and evolve brand guidelines to keep XPANCEO’s visual identity consistent across all touchpoints.
  
  What we’re looking for

  • Experience in graphic and web design, with a strong portfolio across web, social, and print.

  • Strong skills in Figma (or similar) for UI and web layouts, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools.

  • Experience with current AI-driven design tools, trends, and workflows.

  • Ability to quickly turn briefs into different visual directions, without losing quality.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams.

  • English at B2 level or higher.

  • Reliable with details, consistency, and deadlines.
