About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, commercially driven CMO to own and build the marketing function at Tech Nomads from the ground up. This is a senior role reporting directly to the CEO — you'll set the strategy, run the execution, and be accountable for results.

If you've built marketing in a startup before, know your way around SEO and paid campaigns, and can write a press release as confidently as you can read a dashboard — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Own the full marketing strategy — brand, content, SEO, PPC, PR, and partnerships
• Build and manage the Tech Nomads brand across all channels
• Drive organic and paid growth — website traffic, leads, conversions
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services
• Manage PR and corporate communications — media, events, publications
• Support the Sales team with campaigns and collateral
• Report weekly and monthly to the CEO on performance and priorities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in marketing, with 2+ years at Head of Marketing or CMO level
• Proven experience building marketing in a startup or scale-up
• Strong hands-on SEO and PPC skills (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
• Experience with analytics and reporting (GA4, dashboards)
• Excellent English — written and verbal
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote team
• Experience in legal services, immigration, or global mobility is a plus
