Supported the Marketing Department in driving the growth of PepsiCo's iconic brands through new product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, consumer and market insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Contributed to strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening brand performance and expanding market share.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with creative, digital, and media agencies.
• Support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for brand development.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, consumer insights, and marketing campaign performance (KPIs).
• Manage marketing documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
• Conduct market visits to monitor product availability, shelf execution, pricing, and in-store visibility.

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field completed by the start of the program in September 2026.
• Availability to work full-time starting in September 2026.
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and a willingness to grow in an international FMCG company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
