Product Manager (Time Deposit) в Salmon Manila

Product Manager для развития портфеля срочных депозитов в финтех-компании. Отвечает за рост продуктов, клиентский опыт в цифровых каналах и улучшение депозитных продуктов.

Задачи:

• Own and develop the Time Deposit product portfolio
• Maintain and evolve tariff structures, including rates, conditions, and product configurations
• Identify opportunities to improve existing products and launch new features
• Improve the end-to-end deposit experience across digital channels, including mobile
• Develop and enhance key features: early withdrawal, automatic renewal, closing empty deposits, replenishable deposits
• Ensure deposit products are simple, transparent, and easy to manage
• Drive growth of the deposit portfolio
• Design and launch initiatives to encourage repeat deposits, reactivate dormant users, increase engagement
• Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, risk, and finance teams
• Align product decisions with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery

Требования:

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in fintech, banking, or digital financial products
• Strong understanding of customer-facing digital products
• Experience working with product metrics and growth initiatives
• Ability to translate business goals into clear product features and roadmap
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data
