Ищем Senior IT Project Manager для управления IT-проектами и внедрения изменений в продуктовой компании TradingView.

Требования:

• 3+ years of IT project management experience, including change or process improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional projects, training sessions, workshops, and facilitation.
• Practical command of Project Management, Change Management, Process Management, and Risk Management.
• Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and metrics; skilled at documenting processes and writing guidelines.
• Confident use of modern AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Strong communicator: you listen, align, and drive outcomes without formal authority — and handle resistance to change with composure.
• Systemic and critical thinker: you see the real problem behind the symptom and understand how decisions ripple through the business.
• Ownership mindset: you follow through, deliver, and pick up new skills quickly.
• Knowledge of Russian (B2-C1).
