Head of Sales (Руководитель отдела продаж) в LOGIC ENTERPRISE Самарканд

We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead the sales department, set sales targets and KPIs, and monitor performance.

• Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales representatives.

• Performance Quality: Review call recordings, analyze deals, and improve team conversion rates.

• Process Optimization: Enhance the sales system, including scripts, funnels, and CRM workflows.

• Key Account Management: Personally participate in closing key deals with major clients.

• Reporting: Report to executive management on target vs. actual performance, conversion rates, and sales forecasts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 1 year of team leadership, management, or mentorship.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets (both individually and as a team).

• Strong proficiency with CRMs and sales analytics systems.

• Advanced skills in negotiation and objection handling.

• English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher (capable of text communication and basic negotiations with US clients).

• A strong plus: Experience in logistics, IT/SaaS, or familiarity with the US trucking market.
