Senior Test Automation Engineer (Python / Playwright) в Itransition Минск

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer who will take ownership of test automation practices, frameworks, and quality strategy across projects.

This role includes designing and implementing E2E automation, defining standards, and driving quality engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain robust test automation framework
• Define and implement end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy for critical business flows
• Build and optimize E2E test suites (UI + API + integrations)
• Participate in code review
• Own CI/CD test integration (Bitbucket Pipelines)
• Maintain test reporting (Allure)
• Ensure high test stability and reduce flaky tests
• Lead automation initiatives and mentor engineers
• Improve QA processes

Requirements:

• 4+ years of QA experience with test automation
• Advanced expertise in: Python, Pytest, Playwright
• Strong experience in building robust E2E test automation
• Proven experience with:
  • CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines or similar)
  • Allure or similar reporting tools
  • Jira/XRay or equivalent
• Strong expertise in:
  • API testing
  • Test architecture
  • Multi-environment testing setup
• English level: B2+
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Great communication and leadership skills.
