These are the tasks awaiting you

• Developing a vision and strategy for a future-proof housing platform product (e.g. developer listings, mortgage, insurance) and overseeing it’s implementation

• Identifying and understanding customer needs by planning and conducting research and supporting the team—involving in-person interviews with stakeholders or external partners if necessary

• Processing and prioritizing research findings to provide clear direction for the team

• Continuously monitoring product performance, analyzing and refining reports with the help of the BI team and formulating and presenting action plans to the organization

• Operating and continuously improving innovation processes and idea management. Working closely with other departments from concept to implementation

• Building and prioritizing the team’s backlog to achieve business goals (OKRs, KPIs) while balancing business value, IT capacity, regulatory/bank dependencies, integration complexity and launch deadlines

• Triage of customer-facing incidents, prioritization of critical journey bugs and coordination with internal support team

• Active participation in strategic planning, the preparation of quarterly and annual development plans, and the evaluation of completed work

• Compliance with company operating procedures and following the principles of agile methodology

We’re looking for you if you have

• Commitment to creating value and take ownership of the products and services you develop, thereby contributing to a high level of service to customers

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in product development and product management (experience as a Product Owner is a plus)

• A college degree in a relevant field

• Experience in general business or IT, as well as fundamental industry and product knowledge in Uzbekistan

• Proficiency in research methodologies and the design thinking approach

• User-level IT skills and strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), as well as experience with Atlassian systems (Confluence, JIRA)

• Project management experience and the ability to manage your time effectively based on priorities

• A precise and responsible work ethic, with a problem-solving mindset

• Working proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek

• Reliability and strong communication skills

You’ll have an advantage if you have

• Experience at a listing or e-commerce company and expertise in this field

• Several years of relevant experience as a mobile Product Owner or Business Analyst

• Experience with mobile apps developed using various technologies (native, cross-platform, PWA)

• Work experience in a startup environment, where you were able to adapt quickly to changes
